Cabernet Sauvignon

There are few words that describe the whole character of this 100% varietal cabernet. Strict selection of grape berries and long maceration transform the character acquired in the vineyard, on the sunniest slopes, into an elegant wine with multi-layered aromas. By ripening in French and Serbian oak, it develops secondary notes of spices and smoke with penetration with primary notes of red and black berries. A symbol of winery and a seal of quality, “Dokaz” is a long-lived wine with great potential for development in the bottle.
