The slopes of the vineyards in Umčari offer the possibility of slow ripening and variety preservation for the delicate and demanding Pinot Noir. Cherry and raspberry dominate on the nose, and freshness, soft silky tannins and harmonious acids on the body. The wine is produced only in the best years.

Position: South-west, 15% slope of the terrain
Microlocation and altitude: Vinogradi; 240m
Soil type: Loam/sand (Luvisol) on alluvial sediments, clayey soil
Grape training system and rootstock: Royat cordon on Cober 5bb
Grape variety: 70% Pinot noir, 30% Prokupac
Vineyard aging and yield: 2008; 1,3 kg/plant
Harvest: Hand harvest, 6. september 2017.
WINE CELLAR
Maceration: 17 days
Fermentation: With selected yeast
Wine aging: 12 months in serbian and french barique, 3 year in bottle
Produced: 4.664 bottles 0,75l; Weight of bottle 500g
