Intense notes of citrus, green apple, white peach with a background of herbal notes of sage, rosemary and field flowers. Morava has a pronounced freshness and a harmonious body, obtained by means of “sur lie” aging. Additional complexity of this wine is certainly contributed by the combination of the three styles in which the wines that make up this unusual blend were aged.

Position: South-West, 10% slope of the terrain

Soil type: Loam/sand (Luvisol) on alluvial sediments, clayey soil
Grape training system and rootstock: Royat cordon on SO4
Grape variety: 100% Morava
Vineyard aging and yield: 2009/15; 2,0 kg/plant
Harvest: Hand harvest, 9. october 2023.
