sweet white wine
Morava late harvest
The grapes for this wine were left on the vine until the second half of November to further ripen and concentrate all the non-ripe ingredients for this type of wine. The processing was carried out according to the standard technology for white wines with minimal corrections-changes that are implied in the production of wine from a late harvest.
At one point, the alcoholic fermentation was deliberately interrupted so that there would be enough residual sugar in the final wine to declare it as a dessert/sweet wine.
It is characterized by a specific aroma, typical of wines from late harvests, as well as an unusual experience during a tasting.
