Pinot blanc 50%, Rhine Riesling 50%

An unusual complex blend. Wine with fruity aromas of apricot, peach, ripe apple and meadow flowers. Harmonious and full, the body is made up of the structure of white Burgundy, and the long-lasting finish is the freshness and aromatics of Rhine Riesling. If there is an expression of drinkable, then it would be in Nebo.

Soil type: Loam/sand (Luvisol) on alluvial sediments, clayey soil
Grape training system and rootstock: Royat cordon on Cober 5bb
Grape variety: 50% Pinot blanc, 50% Rhine Riesling
Vineyard aging and yield: 2008; 1,6 i 1,3 kg/plant
Harvest: Hand harvest, 15. and 27. august 2024.
